  • Blanket Orders: These are infrequently used and should cover only one fiscal year or contract term. Departments must track and reconcile blanket orders, adjusting for any over/under usage at year-end. Vendors must accept blanket orders and are charged the eVA fee upfront for the total amount.
  • Contract Orders: Pricing should be confirmed when the order is created.

Purchase Card Order (PCO)

Selecting the PCard option on a requisition generates a PCO#. If a PCard is linked to your account, this option defaults to on. Remove it for payments by invoice or for orders over $5,000 to avoid duplicate charges. Unchecking the PCard box ensures the vendor cannot see the PCard details to charge the card.
